After emailing them, leaving messages and calling them on multiple phones lines beginning on 8/12/2015 we finally received a short email late on 8/17/205 informing us their property was no longer available to rent.
Based on our experience, I would say that if you want a real estate company that is proactive about finding a solution and making sure that you -- or your potential buyers -- are well cared for.... you might consider going a different direction.
Was interested in a VRBO listing one or more of their agents supposedly managed.
Glad we found this out BEFORE we submitted the down payment (something we almost did. How long do you think it would have taken us to get a refund?!)
